Saved Searches are now part of the Searcher

We're unifying Saved Searches and Searcher into one streamlined experience, and we think you're going to love it.

Here's a quick overview of Saved Searches:


What we've done

We brought Saved Searches directly into Searcher so you can search, save, and manage everything in one place. Here's what has changed:

#1 Saved Searches are now accessible from the Searcher

No more separate navigation! Access all your Saved Searches directly from Searcher via a new "Saved searches" dropdown.

What this looks like:

All your searches in one convenient place. Create new ones, open existing ones, without ever leaving Searcher.


#2 Edit and update existing Saved Searches

You are now able to refine your search criteria and update the existing Saved Search instead of being forced to create a new one every single time.

How it works:

  • Open any Saved Search

  • Adjust filters (job titles, locations, company size, others)

  • Choose: "Save search" (update original) OR "Save as new search" (create new one)

No more clutter from endless duplicate searches!


#3 Safer prospecting with auto-applied exclusions

Exclusions will be automatically applied by default to protect you from accidental outreach.

Previous experience: You manually check exclusion boxes each time

New experience: Exclusions applied automatically so you can focus on leads that are actually new.

We won't show you leads that:

  • work at companies on your exclusion list

  • have their email on your exclusion list

  • have been recently contacted

To view excluded leads, you need to check the "Excluded" filter.


#4 See lead status at a glance

When you open a saved search, you'll see each lead's status directly in the table:

  • Remaining (Ready to contact)

  • Contacted (Already reached out)

  • Excluded (Filtered by exclusion rules)

Plus quick-filter toggles at the bottom (just like Lists!).


What's staying the same?

All your saved searches (nothing deleted!)

Sharing with teammates

Subscriptions and notifications

Tags and organization

Remaining/Contacted/Excluded counts

Dynamic updates as new leads match criteria

Everything you rely on stays. It's just easier to access.


Your Saved Searches are now here

  1. Go to Searcher (same place in left navigation)

  2. Click "Saved searches" dropdown in the top bar on the left side

  3. All your searches are there, ready to use!

The old Saved Searches menu item will be removed, but everything will be easily accessible from Searcher.


Questions or Concerns?

Q: Will I lose my saved searches?

A: Absolutely not. All your searches move with you automatically.

Q: Do I need to do anything?

A: Nope! The transition is automatic.

Q: What if I don't like the new experience?

A: We've tested this extensively with customers and are confident you'll love it. But we're always listening. Share feedback anytime!

Q: When exactly will this happen for me?

A: We're rolling out gradually. You'll see a notification when it's live for your account.
