How to Track Duo Copilot Signals for a Specific List of Companies
Last updated: July 22, 2026
If you have a list of target companies in your ICP and want Duo Copilot to monitor signals only for those accounts, you can do this by narrowing the audience for each Duo signal. This is useful for when you want Duo to look for relevant leads only within a defined company list.
How to add a list of companies to a Duo signal
Go to Settings > Duo Copilot.
Open the signal you want to configure.
Go to Stage 2: Filters.
Find the Current Company filter.
Paste the list of companies you want Duo to track.
Click Save Changes.
Once saved, Duo will only surface leads from companies that match the companies in that filter.

Can I use a CRM company list instead?
If your CRM is connected, you can also use a CRM-based company list or report to define the companies Duo should monitor. This is useful when the target account list already lives in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Go to Settings > Duo Copilot.
Open the signal you want to configure.
Go to Stage 2: Filters.
Find the CRM Based Filters.
Choose the list or report that contains companies you want Duo to track.
Click Save Changes.

FAQs
Do I need to import contacts, or can I import companies?
If your goal is to monitor target accounts and find relevant people at those accounts, you do not need to start with a contact list. You can define the companies first, and Duo will use the signal configuration and filters to surface relevant leads from those companies.
Will Duo enrich those companies and find contacts?
Yes. When Duo is configured to monitor a list of companies, it can surface relevant leads at those companies based on the signal and filter criteria.
