Understanding your Domain Health Center data

Last 7 Days

Monitor your recent email activity by reviewing the open rate and the number of emails sent in the last 7 days. This helps you quickly identify mailboxes that have been heavily used and those with lower engagement rates.

Volume (outbox to inbox ratio)

This metric shows the balance between the number of emails you're sending and receiving. While achieving a 100% reply rate in sales is unrealistic, we recommend maintaining a ratio below 4 (four emails sent for every one received) to avoid being flagged as too outbound-heavy, which can negatively impact deliverability. The ratio reflects your mailbox's entire email history.

💡 Tip: Hover over the ratio to view the exact number of emails sent and received.

Spam Assessment

Our automated system performs weekly spam tests on all mailboxes connected to Amplemarket, flagging those that are unhealthy because test emails are landing in spam folders. This helps you quickly identify mailboxes with poor deliverability. Learn more by reading this article.

Additionally, we provide visibility into spam lists (also known as blacklists or blocklists), which highlight IP addresses or domains flagged for sending spam. These lists are used by ISPs, mailbox providers, and anti-spam services to block suspicious or unwanted emails.

Mailbox Setup

This section allows you to verify the authentication status for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC—three essential email authentication methods that ensure your domain is authorized to send emails. These settings are crucial for maintaining good email deliverability, as they verify that your sending server is allowed to send emails from your domain. Learn more by reading this article.

Boosters

Here, you can monitor the enablement and progress of Amplemarket Email Warmup, which ensures your emails are gradually introduced for optimal deliverability. You can also check the status of your custom email trackers to track email engagement accurately.
