Amplemarket allows users to connect multiple mailboxes to your account in order to increase the amount of outbound emails you can send every day. If you would like to learn how to set up multiple mailboxes please read the article "Multiple Mailboxes". When multiple mailboxes are connected to the same account, reply management can become more complex because we would need to check multiple email addresses for replies we may have received. In this article we will provide a step-by-step guide on how forward your incoming emails from your other mailboxes to your main email address.
Google:
To forward all of your replies and inbound emails to your main email address you will need to login to all of your other mailboxes and set up a forwarding address. Once you are logged into your secondary accounts we will follow these steps.
- Access your settings by clicking on the cog-wheel Icon.
- Select the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
- Select the option to "Add a forwarding address" and input your primary email address.
- After entering your primary email address, select next > Proceed > Ok.
- After adding your forwarding address, Google will send a confirmation code to your primary email address. Move to your primary email account, copy this confirmation code, click back into your secondary account, paste the confirmation code and select Verify.
- Once we have verified the account, forwarding will still be disabled, so we need to select the option "Forward a copy of incoming email to *Primary email address name*".
After completing these steps, please keep in mind that this forwarding address can be removed at any time by clicking into the same settings tab, selecting the drop-down that includes your primary email address, choosing the "remove" option and saving our changes.

Outlook
To forward all of your replies and inbound emails to your main email address you will need to login to all of your other mailboxes and set up a forwarding address. Once you are logged into your secondary accounts we will follow these steps.
- Access you settings by clicking the cog-wheel Icon.
- Scroll the the bottom of this page and select "View All Outlook Settings" or type the word "mail" into the search bar at the top of the page and click enter on your keyboard.
- Click in to the "Forwarding" tab and select "Enable Forwarding".
- Enter your primary email address and select "save" at the bottom of the page.
Please note that you can disable this forwarding address at any time by unselecting the "Enable Forwarding" option and saving in the bottom right corner of the page.
