I have a credit card on file. When will it be charged?
We attempt to charge your credit card on the day the invoice is issued. If not successful, we’ll try again in the following days, until the payment goes through.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. To process all credit card payments, Amplemarket resorts to a third party that uses best-in-class security practices to maintain a high level of security (Stripe).
Amplemarket does not have access to your credit card number at any point in time. For more information about the strict security measures that Stripe uses, please see this page.
What do we sign up for, when adding a credit card to our account?
Once you add a credit card, your credit card details will be saved on our billing system (Stripe) and used for future charges, as per our subscription agreement.
By adding your credit card details, you authorize regularly scheduled charges to your credit card. This authorization will remain in effect until your subscription is canceled.
Where can I add or update our account’s credit card?
Admin users can add or update the credit card on file on the “Plan & Billing” page under the “Accounts Settings” section.
Credit cards on file cannot be removed by you. Please reach out to email@example.com to do so.
Can I change my payment currency?
Currently, Amplemarket only supports billing in USD.
