This guide provides a step-by-step overview of the new HubSpot In-Searcher feature available in Amplemarket, focusing on integrating HubSpot with Amplemarket and leveraging HubSpot Lists as searcher filters.

Disclaimer: The following instructions are valid for Amplemarket Accounts that have an active HubSpot integration.

Steps to use HubSpot Lists as Searcher Filters

Where to set up HubSpot Lists?

  1. Navigate to your HubSpot Integration: Settings > Integrations > HubSpot
  2. Access Searcher Filters section: Pull Records > Searcher Filters > Enable HubSpot Lists as Seacher Filters

Enabling HubSpot Lists as Searcher Filters

  1. Toggle HubSpot Lists feature: turn enable HubSpot Lists as Searcher filters to activate the feature.
  2. Select a HubSpot List: You can now select Lists from your HubSpot account to import into Amplemarket.

Note: Only HubSpot Lists that are visible to the person that connected HubSpot to Amplemarket (ie the Integration Owner) will appear on the selection dropdown.

Creating and Importing Lists

  1. Generate Lists on HubSpot: Create your lists on HubSpot based on criteria that you find relevant (more on HubSpot Lists).
  2. Import to Amplemarket: Select the HubSpot Lists you want to bring to Amplemarket. We'll process them and match their entries with our database. This is valid for both HubSpot Contacts and HubSpot Companies
  3. Hit Save Changes:  don't forget to hit the "Save Changes" button so we can bring your Lists info into Amplemarket

After selecting the HubSpot Lists to be pulled to Amplemarket, we'll need some time to pull the information and match it with our database.

After the List is pulled and matched with our database, we'll let you know how many matches we have found.

Note: Only Admin users have access to the Integration Settings in Amplemarket. If you are not an Admin user but need to access a specific HubSpot list in the searcher, you must request your Admin to make it available. Ensure that your Admin user is aware of any specific lists you need for your operations.

Using HubSpot Lists on Searcher

  1. HubSpot List as a filter: Select one or several HubSpot Lists directly on the Searcher
  2. Leverage Amplemarket's extensive selection of filters: Use the existing Searcher Filters to refine your HubSpot List results to focus on the leads that matter.
  3. Kickoff your sales flow: Add your final selection of leads to an Amplemarket List, Saved Search, or directly to a Sequence

User Access and Permissions

  1. Check Access to Lists: The Lists that can be connected in Amplemarket are those that the user, who connected the HubSpot integration, has access to on HubSpot.
  2. Ensure Proper Permissions: If a specific List is not visible, it might be due to permission issues on HubSpot. Ensure that the Integration Owner has access to the necessary Lists.

List Criteria and Requirements

  1. Entries Limit: The Lists support up to 2,000 entries. Excess entries will be excluded from the searcher.
  2. Mandatory Email Column for Contact Lists: Each Contact List must include at least one email column to match with the Amplemarket lead database. This is not applicable if the pulled List is Company-based.
