This guide provides a step-by-step overview of the new Salesforce In-Searcher feature available in Amplemarket, focusing on integrating Salesforce with Amplemarket and leveraging Salesforce Reports as Searcher filters.

Disclaimer: The following instructions are valid for Amplemarket Accounts that have an active Salesforce integration.

Steps to use Salesforce Reports as Searcher Filters

Where to set up Salesforce Reports?

  1. Navigate to your Salesforce Integration: Settings > Integrations > Salesforce
  2. Access Searcher Filters section: Pull Records > Searcher Filters > Enable Salesforce Reports as Seacher Filters

Enabling Salesforce Reports as Searcher Filters

  1. Toggle the Salesforce Reports feature: turn ON Salesforce Reports as Searcher filters to activate the feature.

Note: Only Salesforce Reports that are visible to the person who connected Salesforce to Amplemarket (ie the Integration Owner) will appear on the selection dropdown.

Creating and Importing Reports

  1. Generate Reports on Salesforce: Create your Reports on HubSpot based on criteria that you find relevant (more on Salesforce Reports).
  2. Import to Amplemarket: In Amplemarket's Searcher, select the Salesforce Reports you want to bring to Amplemarket. We'll process them and match their entries with our database. This is valid for Salesforce Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.
  3. Hit Save Changes: don't forget to hit the "Save" button so we can bring your Reports info into Amplemarket

Note: After selecting the Salesforce Reports to be pulled to Amplemarket, we'll need a few seconds or minutes to pull the information and match it with our database.

Using Salesforce Reports on Searcher

  1. Salesforce Report as a filter: Select one or several Salesforce Reports directly on the Searcher
  2. Leverage Amplemarket's extensive selection of filters: Use the existing Searcher Filters to refine your Salesforce Reports results to focus on the leads that matter.
  3. Kickoff your sales flow: Add your final selection of leads to an Amplemarket List, Saved Search, or directly to a Sequence

User Access and Permissions

  1. Check Access to Reports: The Reports that can be connected in Amplemarket are those that the user, who connected the Salesforce integration, has access to on Salesforce.
  2. Ensure Proper Permissions: If a specific Report is not visible, it might be due to permission issues on Salesforce. Ensure that the integration owner has access to the necessary Reports.

List Criteria and Requirements

  1. Entries Limit: The Reports support up to 2,000 entries. Excess entries will be excluded from the searcher.
  2. Mandatory Email Column for Leads/Contacts Reports: Each Lead/Contact Report must include at least one email column to match with the Amplemarket lead database. This is not applicable if the pulled Report is Account-based.
