Duo Voice Cloning: LinkedIn Voice Messages: A Detailed Guide

Introduction 

Crafting a personalized and engaging voice message can be time-consuming. The AI Voice Cloning feature is a customizable AI product designed to enhance B2B outreach by allowing sales professionals to generate highly personalized LinkedIn voice messages in just a few seconds. 

The AI Voice Cloning feature was built to alleviate the heavy-lifting of creating these messages, thereby improving the productivity and effectiveness of sales teams by saving them precious time.

Why LinkedIn Voice Messages Matter

• Hyper-personalization:

  • Voice messages allow your personality and tone to shine through, making your outreach feel more genuine, memorable, and engaging. This personal touch helps build stronger relationships with prospects.

• Higher Productivity:

  • Speaking is faster than typing. With AI-generated voice messages, you can scale personalized outreach efforts without compromising on the personal touch, saving time while increasing impact.

• Increased Engagement:

  • AI-generated voice messages capture attention in a crowded inbox, resulting in a higher possibility of getting responses compared to traditional text messages.

Requirements for Setting Up and Using AI Voice Cloning

• Feature Access:
  • Ensure the AI Voice Cloning feature is enabled for your account. If you need access, contact support@amplemarket.com.
• AI Copywriter Seat:
  • You must have an AI Copywriter seat assigned to you.

Uploading Your Voice

1. Navigate to Settings:
   • Go to the AI Voice Cloning Settings.
2. Clone Your Voice:
   • Click on "Clone voice" and you’ll be prompted to record your voice by reading a provided script.
3. Recording Tips:
   • Ensure you record clearly, your environment is quiet, and you reflect your energy.
   • The quality of the recording will affect the quality of your cloned voice.
4. Sample Audio:
   • Once your voice is uploaded and analyzed, you can hear a sample of the cloned voice in the Settings.

Using AI Voice Cloning in Sequences

1. Pre-requisites:
   • Ensure your voice is uploaded in the Settings.
   • Connect your LinkedIn account.
2. Create a New Stage:
   • Go to Sequences and add a new stage "LinkedIn Voice - message."
3. Toggle "Generate with AI":
   • Enable this to transform the stage into an AI-generated message.
4. Enter Your Script:
   • Write the script you want to use for the voice message.
5. Generate Sample:
   • Click "Generate sample" to hear a sample audio using your script. Note: This is limited to once per hour.

Important Note: To send a LinkedIn voice message, you need to be connected with the lead. We recommend adding a connection stage before the LinkedIn voice message in the sequence.

What Happens When the Sequence is Scheduled?

1. Manual Task Creation:
   • When the lead reaches the AI Voice stage, a manual task will be created for you to execute and send the voice message.
2. Task Execution:
   • Go to the tasks page and open the AI Voice task to access the Universal Task Viewer (UTV).
3. Generate Audio:
   • If you’re connected with the lead, you can generate an audio message using the script from the sequence. This process takes around 20 seconds.
4. Send Voice Message:
   • Review the generated audio and click "Send Voice Message" to send it instantly.

Changing to Manual Recording

If you change your mind about the AI-generated audio or find an issue with it, you can opt to re-record manually.

1. Re-record Manually:
   • In the UTV, click "re-record manually."
2. Manual Recording:
   • Record the script using your own voice.
3. Override AI-generated Audio:
   • This will override any previously generated AI audio.
4. Send Manually:
   • Click "Send Voice Message" to send the manually recorded message.
