Using Amplemarket’s Salesforce Integration you can populate data that allows you to create some wonderful reports and dashboards in Salesforce! Most reporting will already populate through existing reports. For example we push activities in as activities, so any existing activity reporting will already work!

To do this we recommend push any of the below values for either a lead or contact in the mappings into custom fields in Salesforce:

  • Sequence_status
  • Meeting_booked
  • Last_sequence_replied
  • Last_sequence_email_opens
  • Sequence_starting_date
  • Label
  • Sequence_name

This will let you prepare reports for the object (lead/contact) based on these properties. Great examples of reports we have seen before are:

  • Total outbound pipeline (number of leads where sequence_stage = active)
  • Meetings booked by rep
  • Meetings booked by sequence
  • Replies by rep or sequence
  • Opportunities by sequence
