How to Access the Email Outbox

Overview

The Email Outbox is your centralized hub for tracking all email communications scheduled through Amplemarket. Whether you're monitoring delivery, checking engagement, or managing delays, the Email Outbox gives you complete visibility and control.


When Do Emails Appear in the Outbox?

  • Emails start appearing in the Outbox once they are scheduled through Sequences.

  • If a Sequence is paused or archived, the associated scheduled emails will be removed from the Outbox automatically.


What Can You See in the Outbox?

The Email Outbox lets you monitor your entire email queue at a glance, including:

  • ✅ Scheduled emails and their estimated delivery time

  • ✅ Sent status – this means Amplemarket has sent the email and is waiting for the delivery confirmation from your email service provider

  • ✅ Delivery status (e.g. Delivered, Failed, Bounced)

  • ✅ Engagement info (e.g. Opened, Clicked, Replied)

  • ✅ Rescheduling status and explanations for delays

  • ✅ Filtering, searching, and sorting by mailbox, date, status, engagement, and more


How to Access the Email Outbox

You can access the Email Outbox in two ways:

Option 1: Direct Link

Click this link: Go to Email Outbox

Option 2: 

1️⃣ Log into your Amplemarket account
2️⃣ In the left-hand navigation bar, click on “Outbox”
3️⃣ By default, you’ll land on the Email tab of the Outbox
4️⃣ Use the filtering, sorting, or search bar to quickly find the emails you're looking for
