With it, you’ll unlock powerful features like enriching leads directly from your inbox, prospecting on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, importing leads into Amplemarket, running automated LinkedIn tasks, and more. You can learn more about the extension’s capabilities in [article].
From time to time, you might experience issues—especially if your browser isn’t up to date or if the extension hasn’t been refreshed recently (we regularly push updates to fix bugs and introduce new features).
No need to worry! The troubleshooting steps below have helped many users resolve these issues quickly:
(Step 1) Logout and Back in to Amplemarket
It may sound like a cliché, but logging out and back in often resolves the most common issues.
(Step 2) Check if Amplemarket’s Chrome Extension has all sites access enabled
-
Go to your Chrome extensions (chrome://extensions/)
- Find the Amplemarket extension and click "Details"
- Find the Site Access settings
- Make sure “On all sites” is enabled
(Step 3) Update the Chrome Extension
-
Go to [chrome://extensions/]
-
Toggle Developer Mode on (top right corner)
-
Click the “Update” button in the top left
-
Test the extension again to see if the issue is resolved
(Step 4) - Make Sure You’re Using the Latest Chrome Version
-
Click the three dots in the top right of Chrome
-
Hover over Help > click "About Google Chrome"
-
If your browser is outdated, Chrome will prompt you to update
(Step 5) - Restart Chrome
-
Close all Chrome tabs completely
-
Reopen Chrome and test the extension again
(Step 6) - Reinstall the Amplemarket Chrome Extension
-
Go to the [Chrome Web Store extension page]
-
Click "Remove from Chrome"
-
Then click "Add to Chrome" to reinstall
(Step 7) Create a New Chrome Profile to Test the Extension
Other Chrome extensions you may have installed may be interfering with Amplemarket. To check:
-
Create a new Chrome profile
-
Log in to Amplemarket and install the extension
-
Test it on LinkedIn or Gmail
- If it works, one of your other extensions might be causing the issue. Try disabling them one by one to identify the culprit.
(Step 8) Manually Add Cookie Exception
-
Go to [chrome://settings/cookies]
-
Under “Sites that can always use cookies,” add: https://[*.]amplemarket.com:443
-
Then refresh the page where you encountered the issue
If none of the steps above solved the technical issue you experience with the chrome extension you should reach out to support@amplemarket.com to investigate further. To help our team provide as much detail as possible including screenshots or screen recordings of the page where you encountered the issue.
