When writing a new email template, Amplemarket already comes with pre-specified suggestions for basic dynamic fields.
Nevertheless, it is possible to use additional basic dynamic fields. There are 2 ways you can do this:
- Amplemarket will automatically transform the columns of your CSV into possible dynamic fields. For example, if your CSV contains a header called "transportation", you can just type {{transportation}} in your template to summon the information available in that column for each row.
- You can also create a column by creating a custom dynamic field in your template. For example, if your template contains the {{transportation}} dynamic field, Amplemarket will automatically add a column in the table as this is a required field to able to send out the template. You then need to fill in the information for all of the rows in the preview.
