Create Templates for the emails you’ll be sending most often

Within Templates you'll be able to start creating your Reply Templates according to the replies and tags you'll be sending most often.

In your navigation bar you should go to Templates --> Reply Sequence Templates. 

On the top right you'll find the New Template + button that will send you to your first email template.

Remember that you must not only add the response to the issue raised, but also create a series of follow-ups so that your answer does not go unnoticed.
