This workflow will help taking action when Amplemarket identifies a reply as Not Interested, or a lead is marked as Not Interested on your end.

Here are a few suggestions to make sure you deal with all the not interested leads without committing too much of your time

  • Add to the Exclusion List - This may be useful to avoid reaching out to the same contact again.
  • Forward the email - A use case would be, If you have a specific sales rep or user that handles these kind of situations, you may automatically forward to the responsible person.
  • Mark Email:
  • Delete email - Deletes the email thread
  • Send to JSON Endpoint - You may send this information specifically to a CRM or any platform that receive these kind of webhooks
  • Trigger a Reply Sequence
