Import from Salesforce to Amplemarket

Amplemarket’s Salesforce integration allows you to import your contacts/leads from Salesforce into Amplemarket. 

  1. In order to use this feature, you need to make sure your Salesforce account is connected to your Amplemarket account. More information on how to connect your Salesforce account to Amplemarket can be found here.
  2. You also need to install Amplemarket’s chrome extension.

Importing from different views

You can import the leads/contacts from multiple views in Salesforce:

  1. Leads
  2. Contacts
  3. Reports

Step by step guide

Import Leads

  • Open Salesforce
  • Click on the “Leads” tab

  • Filter the leads you want to import
  • Click on “Import to Amplemarket”

Note: In the Lightning view you need to scroll down to show as many leads as you want to import to amplemarket. In the Classic view, all leads are immediately shown.

  • You can find the imported leads in the Lists section on your Amplemarket dashboard.

Import Contacts

  • Open Salesforce
  • Click on the “Contacts” tab

  • Select the list of Contacts you want to import
  • Click on “Import to Amplemarket

Note: In the Lightning view you need to scroll down to show as many leads as you want to import to amplemarket. In the Classic view, all leads are immediately shown.

  • You can find the imported contacts in the Lists section on your Amplemarket account.

Alternatively, you can also add contacts or leads directly to Sequences by pressing on the "Add to Sequence" button. You can add them to either existing sequences or create entirely new ones for those contacts.

 

 

This will redirect you to Amplemarket where you can finish the sequence building process there.

Import Reports

  • Open Salesforce
  • Click on the “Reports” tab

  • Create or click on the report you want to import
  • Click on “Import to Amplemarket”

Note: In the Lightning view you need to scroll down to show as many leads as you want to import to amplemarket. In the Classic view, all leads are immediately shown.

  • You can find the imported leads in the Lists section on your Amplemarket account.
