Sequences Page

After you've created your first recurring sequence, you'll be able to see it listed on your 'Sequences Stats' page. Here, you can see an overview of each sequence including information like:

  • In Sequence: How many leads are currently in the process of receiving this sequence.
  • Finished: How many leads have completed the sequence (this includes people who have replied, which will stop the sequence from sending).
  • Total: How many total leads are going to be contacted with this sequence.
  • Open: The rate of leads who have opened at least one of the emails from this sequence. This excludes any bounces or removed leads.
  • Reply: The rate of leads who have replied to at least one of the emails from this sequence. This excludes any bounces or removed leads.
  • Bounced: Percent of total leads whose emails have bounced while in this sequence.
  • Start Date: Day that the first action of the sequence will begin.
  • User: The first email inbox listed in your list from which to send the sequence
  • Status: Whether or not the sequence has completed entirely or is in the process/scheduled.

When you click into any one of your sequences, you'll be taken to a page where you can review more specifics. There are several tabs at the top of this page where you can access different aspects of the sequence. You'll also notice that you can pause, edit, or stop your sequence at any time from this view.

Overview

The 'Overview' page shows you the overall status of the sequence, and how well it's performing. The top section provides live updates on stats like:

  • Removed: How many people have either been removed from the sequence by a user, or excluded due to an exclusion list.

It also gives a summary of what is being sent out, when, and from what email inboxes. To the right, you'll see a breakdown of the replies and how they were categorized.

Below, you'll see a breakdown of each stage in the sequence. You can click through to review the copy, disable/enable each step, and view the funnel through which each send batch is completing and interacting with the emails.

Contacts

On the contacts page, you can view all of the leads who have started the recurring sequence. On the left, you will see a search box with several different values to help filter your leads:

  • Date: Contacts who were sent a sequence between date A and date B.
  • Last Stage: The last stage of the sequence that a contact received.
  • Label: If an email reply is categorized with a specific label (interested, not the right person, etc).
  • Status: The engagement point in the sequence this lead is experiencing (completed, replied, etc).
  • Mailbox: Which mailbox the lead's sequence was sent from.

At the top of the list, you'll notice that you can toggle between the total number of leads engaged, and who has opened or replied to the sequence. You can also complete bulk actions like exporting or removing leads, or even engaging with the leads on LinkedIn.

Lastly, you can reveal phone numbers or remove a lead from the sequence, simply by clicking on one of the icons under "actions."

Remaining Leads

The "Remaining Leads" page is the section in which you can view all leads who have not been scheduled into a sequence just yet. There are a few different actions that you can take on this page, including removing a lead from the sequence or exporting leads.

You'll also see that you can take a LinkedIn Bulk Action from this page. A use case here would be a situation where contacts have not yet been sent an email sequence, but you want to engage with them on LinkedIn before they receive something in their inbox from you. You can easily select who you want to engage with, and complete the action all at once directly from this page.

Settings

The final "Settings" page allows for you to make some minor adjustments to the sequence, such as how many leads you would like to target max, within a 24-hour period. You can also select and unselect mailboxes that you would like to continue sending the sequences from.
