Amplemarket harnesses the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), such as those that power Bard and ChatGPT, to fuel our Email Classifier. This AI model trained on millions of sales emails categorizes your prospects' responses and automatically labels them based on the nature of their replies.

This classification system provides you and your sales reps with valuable insights into the performance of your outbound sequences.

Amplemarket classifies prospects' responses into the following categories:

  • INTERESTED: The prospect expresses interest in learning more about your product/service or asks open-ended questions indicating a desire to start a conversation. Example: "This looks interesting" "Send me some more info" "How do you compare to ..."
  • HARD NO: the prospect explicitly states they are not interested in your product or service. Examples: "Stop contacting me!", "Unsubscribe", "Remove me from your contact list."
  • INTRODUCTION: The prospect introduces you to the appropriate person to talk to. Example: "I'd like to introduce you to Mike, who is the right person for you to talk to."
  • NOT INTERESTED: The prospect indicates a lack of interest in your product or service. Examples: "No thank you," "I'm not interested," "Not interested at the moment."
  • OUT OF THE OFFICE: The prospect informs you that they are out of the office. Example: "I'm going to be on a business trip next week."
  • ASKED TO CIRCLE BACK LATER: The prospect requests that you contact them at a later date. Example: "Right now we don't have budget for this, can you reach back again in June?"
  • NOT THE RIGHT PERSON: The prospect states that they are not the appropriate contact person for your inquiry. Examples: "Sorry, I'm not responsible for that area," "I'm not the right person to talk about this."
  • FORWARDED TO THE RIGHT PERSON: The prospect informs you that they have forwarded your email to the correct contact. Example: "I forwarded your email to my colleague Mike who oversees marketing."

Note: If you are a Gmail use, you can see the labels applied in your Gmail Inbox as well!

Troubleshooting Scenarios

Scenario 1: "I have some responses with no label'

Based on extensive testing by our Machine Learning Team, Amplemarket can classify 90% of your email replies. However, there are instances where a label may not be automatically assigned, such as:

  • The algorithm is uncertain and finds it challenging to distinguish between two categories, making it preferable for a human to review the reply.
  • The algorithm detects a potential indication of interest but lacks certainty. Given the high value of interested leads, it is better for a human to review these replies to ensure accurate classification.

Scenario 2: "A wrong label was assigned to my response'

Humans can sometimes craft responses in unique ways that may lead to an incorrect label being assigned. If you encounter this issue, please escalate it by contacting support@amplemarket.com. When escalating, kindly share a link to the contact's page or a screenshot of the reply.
