The Overview Page gives you a summary of the Engagement and Volume for your account. This is split into two sections:

  • Engagement Summary - an overview of your activity and the engagement that your outreach is receiving e.g. Open Rate, Reply Rate, Interested.
  • Volume Chart - this charts your Email & LinkedIn volume for the defined period. It also lets you see how many new leads you have reached out to.  
Admins will be able to view the activity of their entire team, whereas users will only view the activity of their own account. If you are an admin and want to know how to filter for specific users/teams, see the Filtering for Admins section below.

Engagement Summary

The Engagement Summary is broken down into four sections. 

Leads

The Leads section shows three data points related to leads for a given time period:

  1. New Leads - the number of leads first contacted during the specified time period.
  2. Interested - the number of leads that replied expressing interest during the specified time period.
  3. Meetings Booked - the number of meetings that have been booked during the specified time period.

Email

The Email section shows three data points related to email outreach for a given time period: 

  1. Delivered - the number of emails delivered during the specified time period. This includes follow-up emails.
  2. Open Rate - the percentage of emails that were opened at least once during the specified time period.
  3. Reply Rate -  the percentage of emails that received a reply during the specified time period.

LinkedIn

The LinkedIn section shows two data points related to LinkedIn Outreach for a given time period: 

  1. Connection Requests - the number of LinkedIn Connections sent during the specified time period.
  2. Requests Accepted - the number of LinkedIn Connection Requests that were accepted during the specified time period.

Calls

The Calls section shows three data points related to outbound calls made for a given time period:

  1. Dialed - the number of outbound calls dialed during the specified time period.
  2. Interested - the number of leads that expressed interest on a call during the specified time period.
  3. Busy Call Later - the number of leads that were busy when the call was made and asked to be called later. 

Volume Chart

The Volume Chart gives you an insight into your multi-channel outreach efforts and allows you to see how many new leads you have reached out to in a given time period.

Quick tip: You can click on any of the data points to exclude/include them from the chart.

 Email Volume

In addition to showing you the number of emails you have sent in the specified time period, the Email Volume chart allows you to see your predicted volume for upcoming days. 

If you hover your mouse pointer on one of the bars, you will see a breakdown for that specific day:

LinkedIn Volume

The LinkedIn Volume chart shows your historic and upcoming LinkedIn actions, broken down by the type of activity.

New Leads Volume

The New Leads chart shows you a comparison of how many new leads have been added to a Sequence vs the number of leads already active in a Sequence. It also shows you any upcoming leads that will be Sequenced in the future.

Filtering for admins

Using the dropdown menus in the top right-hand corner of the Overview page, admins can filter by specific domains, mailboxes, users, or teams for their organisation. 

This way, admins can drill down into the efforts of a specific team member, or check the email volume of a particular mailbox that might be having deliverability issues.
