Amplemarket gives you the ability to add organizational tags to two of your lead lists and outbound content. As an individual user, tags provide simple ways to categorize different approaches, ideas, and lists. As a member of a team, tags minimize time spent leafing through shared documents and allow for easier collaboration. You’ll find them within two main categories of Amplemarket:

  1. Saved Searches and Lists
  2. Sequences

Saved Searches and Lists

Create and edit tags: You can create and add tags when you create a new Saved Search or List.

  • Saved Searches

  • Lists

You can also add or edit tags after the Saved Search or List has been created. This gives you time to come up with a tagging structure and coordinate with your team. You can do this by:

  • Editing the Saved Search or List

  • Editing in bulk, selecting a group of Saved Searches or Lists

Note: You can only edit the tags of the Saved Searches or Lists you own.

Filter by tags

Once your Saved Searches and Lists are organized, you can filter them by tags. Each can have multiple tags, so they might filter into several categories.

Click on the Tags dropdown menu and select the name of the tag you want to filter by.

Sequences

Create and edit tags: Just like when creating your Customer Profiles, you can create and add tags when you create a new sequence. Type directly into the box and you’ll be prompted to add to an existing tag or create a new one.

You can also add or edit tags after the sequences have been created. This gives you time to come up with a tagging structure and coordinate with your team. You can do this by:

  • Editing the Sequence

Filter by tags

Once your Sequences are organized, it's time to filter them by tags.

Click on the Tags dropdown menu and select the name of the tag you want to filter by.

Now you can easily find your Sequences, no matter how many you have or how big your organization is.
