When you're scheduling an Amplemarket sequence, all emails are going out directly from your mailbox. Each email will carry a tracking pixel to track if the email has been open.

However, following the Apple's iOS 15.2 update on Privacy Settings, your sending mailbox could be opening automatically all these tracking pixels, inducing a 100% open rate.

In order to prevent your mailbox from opening all tracking pixels and let the receiver inbox trigger this pixel to get accurate open rates, there are 2 solutions:

  1. Don't integrate your professional email address with Apple mail

  2. Deactivate the settings: "Protect Mail Activity" in the privacy settings of your Apple mail
