Amplemarket has recently added a filter that allows you to search for people who have recently changed jobs. This filter gives you the option to sort by those who have recently changed roles in their company and those who have moved to a different company Entirely. There is also the option to choose between a 3 month and 6 month time frame depending on the search you would like to execute.
We added this filter to enable our users to execute more sales plays. You can use this filter to target new decision makers who would like to make a change on behalf of the company in their new role. Inversely, you could reach out to someone who used your product at their previous company and could use that experience as a jumping off point to sell your product to the new company.
